Managing payment methods

Update your payment information securely.

Viewing Payment Method

Check current method:

  1. Go to Profile/Account
  2. Scroll to "Payment Method"
  3. See last 4 digits of card
  4. View expiration date

Updating Payment Method

Change card:

  1. Click "Update Payment Method"
  2. Enter new card details
  3. Click "Save"
  4. Confirmation shown

Security:

  • All data encrypted
  • PCI DSS compliant
  • Secure storage
  • Industry-standard protection

Supported Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Failed Payments

What happens:

  1. Email notification sent
  2. Retry after 3 days
  3. Second retry after 7 days
  4. Account suspended after 14 days

How to fix:

  1. Update payment method
  2. Ensure sufficient funds
  3. Check card expiration
  4. Contact your bank

Billing History

View invoices:

  1. Go to Profile/Account
  2. Click "Billing History"
  3. See all past payments
  4. Download invoices

Invoice details:

  • Date and amount
  • Plan information
  • Payment method
  • Download PDF

Refunds

Refund policy:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee

Request refund:

  1. Contact support
  2. Provide order details
