Keep your account secure with a strong password.

Changing Password

When logged in:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Click "Change Password"
3. Enter current password
4. Enter new password
5. Confirm new password
6. Click "Update Password"

Forgot Password

Reset password:

1. Go to login page
2. Click "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your email
4. Check email for link
5. Click reset link
6. Enter new password
7. Confirm and save

Link expires:

• Valid for 1 hour
• Request new if expired
• Check spam folder
• Contact support if issues

Password Requirements

Must have:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one special character

Recommended:

• 12+ characters
• Mix of character types
• Unique to Scribbes
• Not used elsewhere
• Changed regularly

Password Strength

Weak passwords:

• ❌ password123
• ❌ qwerty
• ❌ 12345678
• ❌ Your name or birthday

Strong passwords:

• ✅ Mix of characters
• ✅ Long (12+ chars)
• ✅ Unique
• ✅ Random
