How to Cancel
From Profile:
- Go to Profile/Account
- Scroll to "Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- Provide feedback (optional)
What Happens
Immediate:
- Cancellation confirmed
- Email confirmation sent
- No future charges
Until period ends:
- Full access continues
- All features available
- Can still create content
- Download your data
After period ends:
- Account becomes Free plan
- Content over limit read-only
- Can reactivate anytime
Access After Cancellation
You keep:
- All your notes
- All your podcasts
- Account and data
- Free plan features
You lose:
- Premium features
- Higher limits
- Priority support
- Advanced tools
Reactivating
Changed your mind?
- Go to Profile/Account
- Click "Reactivate"
- Choose plan
- Enter payment
- Immediate access
Within 30 days:
- No data loss
- Same account
- All content intact
Refunds
Eligible for refund?
- Within 7 days of signup
- First-time subscribers
- Haven't used extensively
- Contact support
Not eligible:
- After 7 days
- Renewal charges
- Partial months
- Violated terms
